September 17, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Every one in the country seems to be grooving to the Munni number, Munni is played every where, right from discotheques to every car passing by, even peoples’ Facebook status is “Munni Badnaam hui hai darling tere liye’; the craze for this song is just going up day by day.
Salman Khan was recently seen on the show “India’s Got Talent Khoj 2′ on Colors, to promote his film. He was so impressed with the band “Rock Band Underground Authority’, who are now in the quarter-finalists, that now Sallu has gone ahead and selected them to recreate five songs from his film Dabangg.
This music for the film is given by Sajid-Wajid, whereas the song Munni Badnaam Hui… was composed by Lalit Pandit. Salman was so amazed by the band’s innovative music that he immediately asked his brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan to approach them.
They reportedly didn’t believe all this was true, untill Salman Khan finally approached them personally and asked them to give this number a rock touch to it.
Well, here’s wishing these boys loads of luck for their new venture, hoping their rock touch really rocks the audience big time.
