New York, July 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) MTV will honor Amy Winehouse when they air a concert featuring the late singer. In 2007, Winehouse was part of a concert organized by MTV. The concert has not been shown since then but the death of the 27-year-old has prompted the network to air it once more.

The concert was part of MTV’s “45th at Night.” Winehouse dished out some her best tracks during the concert. Her performance was backed by Dap-Kings. On the night, Winehouse played “You Know I’m No Good,” “Me & Mr. Jones” and “Rehab.” All the tracks are found on the album “Back to Black.”

On Wednesday, MTV will air the special concert in tribute of the late singer. Winehouse was found unconscious at her apartment in London on Saturday. When the paramedics got to the scene, they pronounced her dead. The cause of her death has not yet been revealed because the autopsy report was inconclusive.

The police have temporary ruled out foul play based on the preliminary examination of the scene where Winehouse was found. She was buried in London on Tuesday after a private ceremony which was attended by several other stars and her fans.
