June 7, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): The two hour ceremony held at the Gibson Amphitheatre had its colorful moments. The Twilight hunks, a girl-on-girl kiss, skimpy outfits of Chirstina Aguilera and Katy Perry- The MTV Movie Awards 2010 were full of them this Sunday.

The cheeky pop-culture celebration, which honors the year’s films in eccentric categories such as the best kiss was a bleep-filled bonanza.

Twilight was the night’s big winner, as it swiped five trophies away, including the best movie, kiss, female performance for Kristen Stewart as well as the male performance and global superstar for Robert Pattinson. Sandra Bullock won just one trophy, but a big one. She accepted the MTV Generation Award in her first live telecast, since her split with husband Jesse James, early this year. Sandra locked lips on stage with Scarlett Johansson, who was present on the stage along with Betty White and her husband and Sandra’s co-star of ‘The Proposal’ , Ryan Reynolds.

“Now that we have done that, can we please go back to normal?” said a smiling Sandra.

Katy Perry wore a blue wig and sparking shorts as she performed her hit number, “California Girls,” with Snoop Dog and dancers on roller skates. Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell were seen hanging comically above the stage in a fake stunt gone wrong. Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson and Eva Mendes Presented the best Villain award to Tom Felton for “harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince”.

Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez danced enthusiastically to Ludacris’ “Get Back”. Host Aziz Ansari also danced to accompany his own R. Kelly inspired musical tribute to ‘Avatar’, which ended with some irreverent words for British Poetroleums.

Fans also picked the winners, including “Obsessed” co-stars Beyonce Knowles and Ali Larter for best fight. “The Hangover” star Zach Galifianakis for comedy and “Up in the Air” co-star Anna Kendrick for being the breakout star.
