May 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The special “Saturday Night Live” mother’s day episode that brought to the show the famous comedian and actress Betty White along with Jay-Z made it a worth watch. The episode became all the more interesting when the audience had for a treat two new singers who accompanied Jay-Z on the show. Bridget Kelly and Mr. Hudson were the two singers who joined the star performer. Mr. Hudson joined Jay-Z for the rendition of “Forever Young”. The song was dedicated to Betty White, the octogenarian star, as a mark of respect by Mr. Hudson.

Some media sources claimed that Jay-Z had called Mr. Hudson to join him on the performance at “Saturday night live”. The latter according to sources, canceled his scheduled gig performance in Manchester to join Jay-Z at the last moment. Mr. Hudson could not refuse the offer as it was a big opportunity to increase his career prospect in United States as the “Saturday Night Live” is one of the most popular shows in country.

There is no doubt that Mr. Hudson’s rendition of “Forever Young” with Jay-Z had helped him gain popularity in United Sates as many people who had not heard of the name of Mr. Hudson before are now searching the web to know more about the singer. Mr. Hudson bears the name of Benjamin Hudson McIldowie and is a British hip-hop singer. The singer has to his credit an album named “Straight No Chaser” that was released last year. However, in “Saturday Night Live” the singer did not sing any of his songs but went for the Jay-Z classics.
