Motley Crue singer Vince Neil arrested on DUI charges

He was arrested by the Las Vegas police. He was arrested in the wee hours of Monday morning. He is being held in the Clark County jail. His bail amount has been set at $2000. It is not known if Vince Neil has hired an attorney or not.
The arrest has been confirmed by the Las Vegas police officer Barbara Morgan, but she refused to provide any more details about the arrest of the 49-year-old rocker.
Vince Neil was born on the 8th of February 1961 in Hollywood. His parents were Odie and Shirley Wharton. He attended the Sunflower Intermediate School and the Royal Oak High School. However he got into trouble in school, as he was constantly fighting and also used to indulge in drug usage, so he was expelled from school.
Besides having an acute interest in music, he was also interested in surfing, basketball, baseball, football, and wrestling.
He was noticed in 1980, when he was performing with his band Rock Candy. He impressed the bosses at Motley Crue, and soon joined their band in 1981, as a lead vocalist.
