Morrissey’s comments on Olympics raise a buzz

London, Aug 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Morrissey is comparing the London 2012 Olympics to the Nazi Germany. He says that the enthusiasm that the people of Great Britain have for their Olympics team is same as the earlier enthusiasm of the Nazis.

The singer says that he is unable to watch the Olympics because the royalty have used it for their own benefit and that no one is allowed to say anything contrary to what the royalty are saying. The musician goes on to say that the British society is being portrayed as being on its best with the royal family pictures splashing the media showing them smiling and happy while in truth they are hiding the crises that are going on in England such as that facing the economy presently.

He says that Britain is trying to make themselves look wealthy. Morrissey says that the spirit that is surrounding Germany at the moment is the same as the spirit that was in Germany during the Nazi era. Morrissey says that Britain needs to wake up and see what is happening. He thinks that it is wrong for the royalty of Britain to use the Olympics to glorify themselves and make themselves look important and wealthy.
