Morrissey discharged from hospital
October 26th, 2009 - 2:06 pm ICT by ANILondon, Oct 26 (ANI): Singer Morrissey has returned home from the hospital after collapsing on stage with breathing difficulties during a performance in Swindon.
The 50-year-old former Smiths singer was performing at the Oasis Leisure Centre when the gig was cut short following the incident.
“Morrissey became unwell, and he was admitted overnight as a precautionary measure,” the Mirror quoted a spokeswoman for the hospital as saying.
“He’s been seen by the medical team, much improved and now discharged home,” she added. (ANI)
