According to the sales agent’s website, the 1929 mansion spreads lavishly over 2,000 square metres of land and is called “the crown jewel” of the luxurious neighbourhood of Brentwood, reports news.com.au.
The four-bedroom property features thick walls, casement windows, polished concrete and terra cotta tile floors, original wood beamed ceilings and period hardware and tiles.
Monroe, who bought the house for $90,000, lived there for only six months before her sleeping pill overdose killed her.
