Monica Bellucci’s home burgled
May 26th, 2009 - 1:08 pm ICT by IANSParis, May 26 (IANS) Italian actress Monica Bellucci’s apartment was burgled while she was attending the closing ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival.
The actress, who is married to French actor Vincent Cassel, had jewellery, her passport, laptop computers and other items worth around $112,000 stolen from her Paris home while she was in the French Riviera, reported contactmusic.com
A police spokesperson has confirmed that an unknown number of burglars entered the building, in the eastern part of the French capital, from a terrace.
Bellucci was at the event to promote her forthcoming movie “Don’t Turn Around”, in which she co-stars with former Bond girl Sophie Marceau.
