Mohanlal to get doctorate

Feb 4, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Superstar Mohanlal seems to be following in Mammootty’s footsteps. He is about to receive his first honorary doctorate from the Sree Sankaracharya University, Kaladi. This is after Mammootty received his doctorate from the Kerala University.
The Sree Sankaracharya University is presenting the doctorate to Mohanlal because of how tremendously he has contributed to the Malayalam film industry. The event will be held on the 12th of February.
Meanwhile, Mammootty will receive his D Litt from the Calicut University now, along with captain Laskhmi, Kovilan and Habeeb Rehman.
