London, November 11 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine has pulled out her objections in a case with the executors of the late singer’s estate.
The 79-year-old turned to court over the appointment of two longtime Jackson associates, attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain, as executors of the star’s will.
The matriarch, who was left 40 per cent of the net value of Jackson’s assets, has now decided to put an end to the legal spat, reports the Telegraph.
Her new probate attorney Adam Streisand said Katherine now believes their appointment can “enhance the legacy of Michael Jackson in the best interest of his children.”
Katherine has been the legal guardian of the King of Pop’s children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, after his sudden death on June 25 this year. (ANI)
