London, May 02 (ANI): Late pop king Michael Jackson’s lawyer Peter Lopez was found dead in his home with a gunshot wound to his head.
Lopez, 60, who helped save Michael from bankruptcy, is the husband of Hollywood actress Catherine Bach, 56.
Cops are puzzled over Lopez’s apparent suicide, reports The Daily Express.
Detectives would not reveal if a suicide note was found at the family’s mansion in Encino Hills, Los Angeles.
Lopez helped to salvage Jackson’s finances after being hired by his former manager Raymone Bain.
Neighbours claims Lopez was a loving husband and father, dedicated to his work.
“We heard a single shot and, within 10 minutes, there were cop cars everywhere. I can’t believe Peter would take his own life,” said a neighbour. (ANI)
