Washington, July 16 (ANI): King of Pop Michael Jackson’s kids have reportedly turned to God, computer games and painting to live through the anguish of their father’s sudden demise.
The three children-Prince Michael I, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, were taken to a Jehovah’s Witness centre by the late icon’s older sister Rebbie.
“Michael always wanted Rebbie to help with the kids if anything ever happened to him, so it’s nice to see her involved,” Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.
The two elder children were spotted praying and reading from songbook called ‘Sing Praises to Jehovah’ during the religious service in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, the Jacksons are desperately trying to make things normal for the children and encouraging them to play games and participate in different activities.
The children’s godfather Mark Lester said: “Despite all the publicity surrounding the family, they are trying to keep things as normal as possible at home.
“Paris loves to paint and Prince loves video games to try to keep occupied. Blanket loves to play with his toys and run around a little crazy.”
He added that the kids are “coping quite well” but were “quiet” while in the care of their grandmother, Katherine Jackson. (ANI)
