MJ’s father ordered to stay out of son’s estate

Washington, Oct 27 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s father Joe has been ordered not to intervene in his son’s finances.
The California Court of Appeal has ruled that Joe has no right to intervene in the late singer’s estate.
Joe had been fighting to have a say in how MJ’s estate is administered — despite the fact that he was excluded from the will Michael signed in 2002.
But a panel of judges reinforced the court’s earlier decision that Joe lacked the proper standing.
“We are pleased, but not surprised,” TMZ.com quoted MJ estate attorney Howard Weitzman as saying at the Court of Appeal’s ruling. (ANI)
