MJ’s family furious over ‘lenient’ charge against Murray

London, Feb 5 (ANI): Late singer Michael Jackson’s family has shown its discontent over charging his doctor Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter.
Sister La Toya, 53 hit back and said the charge against Murray is too lenient.
“He should be facing a murder rap. He should have been charged with premeditated,” the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
Murray, 58, who is facing four years in jail, told detectives he had given the 50-year-old singer the general anaesthetic propofol and two other sedatives to help him sleep.
Meanwhile, a lawyer for Murray, who has repeatedly denied any wrong doing, said the physician will turn himself in if charged.
“We are prepared for whatever occurs. We have time to meet and strategise for possible scenarios, but in reality we’ve had eight months to do that,” said attorney Ed Chernoff. (ANI)
