MJ’s ex-landlord files lawsuit over estate damages

Washington, December 9 (ANI): Michael Jackson’s former landlord has turned to court over damages on his mansion caused by the late star.
Aner Iglesias was said to be seeking 234,000 dollars from the singer’s estate.
According to TMZ.com, the repairs on the house in Las Vegas are both interior and exterior, reports Contactmusic.
Iglesias also reportedly wants the Jackson estate to foot the bill for replacement of the mansion’s phone and alarm system. (ANI)
