London, Nov 3 (ANI): Late Michael Jackson’s estate is stuck in yet another lawsuit after bosses of a sound equipment company claimed that they have a stockpile of unreleased material recorded by the singer.
Executives at Audio 4 Video Digital, Inc. claim they were working on Jackson’s music up until his death - part of a long relationship between the two parties.
According to TMZ.com, they are suing Jackson’s estate for 460,315 pounds in unpaid rent for the use of their equipment “in connection with the making of a musical,” reports the Daily Express.
The Thriller hitmaker is listed as the performer and the producer of the spectacle in invoices dated up until his death on 25 June (09).
The company bosses are using the lawsuit to claim co-ownership of the songs, along with the Jackson estate. (ANI)
