Michael Jackson Washington, Nov 24 (ANI): Late King of Pop Michael Jackson’s rhinestone-studded glove is set to go on display in a hotel in the Chinese territory of Macau.

The glove, worn by Jackson when he debuted his trademark Moonwalk dance move in 1983, had been sold at for 350,000 dollars to Hong Kong resident Hoffman Ma when it went under the hammer in New York on November 21.

Ma had made the purchase on behalf of the luxury Ponte 16 gaming resort in Macau, where he serves as deputy chief executive.

The owners plan to show off the piece of pop memorabilia next year (10) in a specially built gallery.

“Michael Jackson is a legendary entertainer and so it was very important to buy some of his collectibles,” Contactmusic quoted Ponte 16 hotel and casino spokeswoman Jennie Yeung as saying.

“We’re definitely planning to exhibit the glove with some of the other items we bought,” she added.

Nine other Jackson items won in the Julien’s Auctions Music Icons Sale will also be put on display, including a pair of sequined socks and a shirt Jackson wore in his Thriller video. (ANI)
