Washington, September 26 (ANI): Michael Jackson wanted to be buried among children, his one-time confidante has claimed.
Spiritual advisor Rabbi Shmuley Boteach released recorded interviews with the King of Pop between 1999 and 2001 as part of the promotion for his new book ‘The Michael Jackson Tapes’.
He played one line on America’s Today show where the star, who died aged 50 on June 25, makes the claim, reports Contactmusic.
Jackson could be heard saying: “I want to be buried right where there’s children… I would feel safer that way. I want them next to me. I need their spirit.”
Jackson was laid to rest surrounded by other dead stars at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California on September 3. (ANI)
