Melbourne, August 1 (ANI): Michael Jackson has reportedly been labelled a drug addict in search warrants lodged with the Nevada District Court.
Police investigating Jackson’s death were said to have seized the contents of seven computer drives and three telephones from the home and office of the star’s personal physician Dr Conrad Murray.
Officials had confirmed a link between the death of the King of Pop and powerful anaesthetic Diprivan, reports The Courier-Mail.
The warrants apparently reveal that Murray remained the primary focus of the probe and was being examined for serious offences, including excessively prescribing drugs, and manslaughter.
They allegedly say there is “probable cause to believe” that evidence would be uncovered at Murray’s home and office of prescribing to an addict, excess treatment or prescribing, unprofessional conduct, prescribing to or treating an addict and manslaughter. (ANI)
