Jan 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The penultimate episode of ‘The Tonight Show’ with Conan O’Brien as the host aired on Thursday night and it managed to grab many eyeballs. It witnessed the presence of Canadian racehorse Mine That Bird as one of the guests.

In the much anticipated episode, the 2009 Kentucky Derby Winner was seen adorning a mink Snuggie and at the same time the racehorse ended up watching restricted NFL Super Bowl footage as he was placed in front of a television playing the footage. Although, the much acclaimed host had earlier claimed that the final two episodes of the talk show would have many surprises for the viewers, the presence of Mine The Bird was something the viewers could never have guessed. Apart from the Canadian racehorse, last night’s show also witnessed the presence of a host of other personalities and it kept the viewers glued to the television screen. The show featured surprise cameos by Ben Stiller and Pee Wee Herman. Robin Williams and Barry Manilow also made appearances as guests in the widely watched episode.

Anticipation has been running high regarding the last few episodes of the popular late night talk show since it has been revealed that Conan O’Brien would be leaving the show. Earlier this month, NBC had declared its plan to reschedule ‘The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien’ to the midnight slot. However, the news did not go down well with the host who refused to continue with the show in the revised time slot. Later it was heard that NBC would pay $45 million to Conan O’Brien to leave the popular talk show.
