New York, Mar 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to reports a sex tape called ‘Mindy McCready: Baseball Mistress’ is to be released in the spring. Its release timing coincides with the release of Mindy’s comeback album – ‘I’m Still Here.’ She is also planning a tour in the spring to promote it. But her tour could be overshadowed by the ill-timed release of the infamous sex tape.

In the infamous sex tape the 34 years old country musician sizzles in the video with her boyfriend. The video lasts about an hour, and it is seen in the video that, McCready boasts about her previous lovers and her sex life with them. Her former lovers include red Sox and Yankees pitcher Roger Clemens, actor Dean Cain, country music singer Alan Jackson etc.

Her comeback album is her first country album in almost 14 years. Ironically the album has some ‘prayer-like words’ about sin, forgiveness and about making amends. Besides this it also includes the songs - “I Want To Love You” and “I Want a Man.”

McCready’s attorney Adam Dread said Tuesday in a statement, that they would take legal action if the tape were released. In a statement he said that, “However, we can confirm that any illegally- obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure.”
