t1largmoneydropDec 22, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Television these days are not offering too much excitement apart from the popular pre-existing soaps and a few good movies that are aired before the Christmas to cater more to the festive mood. However, Fox made an exception and premiered the first season of “Million Dollar Money Drop” on December 20, in order to take television game shows a step further.

“Million Dollar Money Drop” had its second episode yesterday and no one can deny that it was nothing but fun. The standard of questions varied from moderate to tough as the game moved ahead and by the end, sustaining the money rather goth difficult for the contestant couple. The first was “Statistically what is the most likely number to be rolled in craps?” The second question was ‘Who dies first in the 1972 Godfather film?” For all those who watched the movie found it easier as the answer was simple. The show, hosted by Kevin Pollak was therefore quite interesting and informative that enables the viewers to know quite a lot about the current events on almost all the aspects of life. The host, who is otherwise a comedian, seemed a lot more balanced as he kept his own humor in the back seat and rather gave the spared the main spotlights for the guests in the show. However, the way he conducted the show was witty in its own way, if not outrageously comical.

According to the viewers, the best thing about the show is that the contestants start the show as millionaires. As the show proceeds, they are either reduced once again to ordinary people, or retain their money depending on their performances. The show will air from Monday to Thursday. Although the first two episodes got moderate footage, the upcoming ones are expected to yield better ratings.
