Miley Cyrus to shed clean-cut image with role in new movie ‘Wake’?

London, June 18 (ANI): ‘Hannah Montana’ star Miley Cyrus is reportedly in talks to star in new movie ‘Wake’ that will see her shedding her clean-cut image for good.
Cyrus, 17, recently revealed that she wants to focus on making movies over the next few years, and now she is rumoured to be preparing for a more grown up role in the paranormal thriller, the Daily Star reported.
The upcoming movie, based on the best-selling novel by Lisa McMann, tells the story of a teenage girl who is sucked into other people’s dreams and ends up in a living nightmare.
Wake is the first of three books and movie bosses have reportedly bought the rights to the whole trilogy with plans to turn the stories into a franchise.
And according to the Hollywood Reporter, Cyrus is the favourite for the lead role. (ANI)
