Miley Cyrus gets a new tattoo

Los Angeles, July 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Miley Cryus has gotten a new tattoo. And the surprise of all surprises is that it isn’t her boyfriend’s name or something romantic. Rather it is a quote from a speech given by former President Theodore Roosevelt in 1910.

The tattoo reads as,”So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”

Fans and critics are trying to analyze the reason and the logic behind the tattoo and they are still debating it out there. This isn’t the first tattoo for the 19 years old singer. Two years ago, she got another tattoo which read as ‘Just Breathe’ inked on her. After that, she got a spate of tattoos done on her slim body.

Former President Theodore Roosevelt’s famous 1910 speech (from which Miley’s latest tattoo is excerpted) said that, “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself for a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
