Los Angeles, Mar 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Miley Cyrus’ duet with Bret Michaels may finally be released after Billy Ray Cyrus decided to drop his divorce petition last week.

The release of the duet, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn”, was delayed following Billy Ray’s accusation that Michaels was having an affair with Cyrus’ mother. The allegation was part of the reason why Billy Ray filed for the divorce. Billy announced last week that he was no longer interested in pushing for the divorce indicating that he wants to give the relationship another chance. His decision follows improved relationship between himself and his daughter, Miley Cyrus.

With that part of the equation solved, report by GossipCop.com indicates that the duet may be coming out this summer. The report was cautious as well because another controversy in the family might put the release of the single on another hold.

Tish and Billy Ray endured difficult period in their marriage recently. Billy Ray was particularly bitter that he was not getting the required access to his celebrity daughter. In a recent interview, Billy Ray said that Cyrus is surrounded by people he feels would influence her negatively.
