Mike Myers in fourth ‘Austin Powers’
August 16th, 2011 - 4:52 am ICT by IANSLondon, Aug 16 (IANS) Comedian Mike Myers is set to return as the spy Austin Powers for the fourth instalment of the film franchise.
The details of the new project are yet to be revealed, but Myers is expected to write, produce and star in the forthcoming film, reports dailystar.co.uk.
Myers first made his debut as the outlandish character in 1997’s “Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery”, and went on to release two sequels - 1999’s “The Spy Who Shagged Me” and 2002’s “Goldmember”.
It is not clear whether director Jay Roach, who helmed the first three movies, will return for the next sequel.
