For all those who thought that the American Legal system didn’t have it’s share of quirky litigation, here comes a case in point: a woman has reportedly sued Playboy-founder Hugh Hefner for a staggering amount of no less than $3 billion! However, the really bizarre part lies in the reason for the suit.

Apparently, according to Sheri Allred, the cause of her grievance goes all the way back to when she was five years old, when Hugh Hefner supposedly hid under her bed and held her hand, obviously with intentions that she found offensive enough to initiate the lawsuit. She also alleged that Hefner was a part of a Los Angeles based pedophile organization.

While her grievances against Hefner have made tabloid sensation, her other claims haven’t failed to make their mark in their own flakey way either. Sample this: she claims to be a reincarnation of none less than “Venus Aphrodite Demilo”! Of course our modern day ‘Grecian goddess’ doesn’t offer elaborations on the subject. She instead, goes on to say that she is possessed by “the most beautifulest angel lusefer”.

Further more, in this delightfully crazy episode, the lady in question has declared, by her own admission, that she is the “biggest hat in the world”. Of course, what that is supposed to mean, is entirely open to interpretation. She also claimed to belong to the oil-baron family of the Gettys, as well as has supposed links with the “John Gotti Mafia”. Well, looks like this episode of ‘Loonytoons’ has it all: crime, money, passion, power as well as the paranormal!
