A&F and The Situation have been engaged in a row for some time now. The shop announced in the summer that they plan to give The Situation money of he will just stay away from wearing their outfit. The feud got to the fever pitch when The Situation filed the suit on Tuesday.
The suit was filed through the managers of The Situation, MPS Entertainment. The court papers which were filed at a court in Florida claim among other things that, “Starting in August 2011, Defendant (the company) embarked on a grand, worldwide advertising campaign using Sorrentino’s name, image and likeness to create brand awareness for its products by falsely claiming that Defendant had offered money to Sorrentino if he would stop wearing Defendant’s goods.”
