lyncheMay 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is no doubt that the “American Idol” Season 9 is turning out to be a place for some real talent show as the contestants have not only to handle pressure but also deliver their best keeping in mind that one faulty step could ruin their American Idol dream. That is what happened to Michael Lynche who got voted out of the contest on Wednesday, May 12. His elimination has left the show with the top three contestants who will now fight for the final American Idol title and work hard to impress the viewers with their performances as the viewers’ votes are the deciding factors in the show.

Michael Lynche who had always impressed the judges with his singing talent and was saved from elimination by the judges five weeks ago could not impress the judges much on Tuesday night. He failed to receive a wholehearted appreciation from the judges on his rendition of the theme song of Michael Jackson, “Will You Be There”. On Wednesday he reached the bottom two. The host of the “American Idol” Ryan Seacrest declared that this week 37 million votes have been cast by the viewers which are the highest in the ninth season of the show. However, this has failed to make any difference for Michael Lynche who could not make it to the top three.

As the decision was announced by the host of the show, Michael Lynche said that his journey in the “American Idol” season 9 has been “unbelievable” and added “Thank God for the judges’ save…It is all good.” Now, Crystal Bowersox, Lee DeWyze and Casey James are the top three contestants left.
