Los Angeles, Jan 29 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father Michael Lohan manages to grab the headlines, but all for the wrong reasons. He has been arrested once again, as he violated a restraining order against him, by phoning his ex-girlfriend at work. Her ex-girlfriend Erin Muller wasn’t amused. Erin Muller’s attorney – Bryan Konoski that Michel Lohan phoned on the 21st of January, and he essentially breached the restraining order.

In his defense, Michael Lohan is saying that he never phoned her and this whole episode never happened. And instead he claims that his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller actually phoned him on the 27th of January and also apologized. He always has his tape recorder ready with him, so he taped the call. “She lied,” he said. “I never called her. She has no proof.

“I called my attorney and he advised me not to do anything. He in turn called Erin’s (liar) lawyer, Bryan Konoski, who asked my attorney not to do anything. We agreed! However, hours later, Erin went to the police department and lied to them telling them that I called her. With no recording, no witness, no proof whatsoever, and only on her word, I was arrested.” Lohan said.
