Oct 1, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In order to get out of her troubled lifestyle and recover from her drug addiction, Lindsay Lohan is likely to follow the foot steps of Britney Spears and be under somebody’s conservatorship. Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan is meeting up with lawyers to file for conservatorship to keep a track on his daughter’s day to day life and other assets.

Michael Lohan, who is skeptical about handing over the conservatorship to his ex-wife, Diana Lohan and Lindsay Lohan’s manager Lou Taylor, is likely appointed a new lawyer David Chon, who has the expertise and specialization in trusts and estates, to file the papers for conservatorship of his daughter. Quite similar to what Britney Spears’ parents did when the “Toxic” star was under trouble. The only difference is that Britney Spears’ parents took the responsibility together for the wellbeing of their daughter, while Lindsay Lohan’s parents are fragmented and still engrossed in sorting out their personal differences. Michael Lohan says, that the conservatorship should not go to anyone who is more inclined towards the starlet’s money, but rather to someone, who genuinely cares for his daughter. In any case, he think that neither his wife, nor Lou Taylor, fits the bill as they have a more materialistic approach towards Lindsay Lohan.

Michael Lohan, has suspected that both Lou Taylor and Diana Lohan, will also be filing for her conservatorship. Therefore, he took the initial step before either of them get the first chance. However, he also feels that the court may not grant him the right, because of some of his past behavior. So, he has two more people in his mind, whom he believes to be good conservators. However, he refused to reveal the two names.
