Nov 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael Jackson fanatics now have a reason to rejoice as his lead single “Breaking News” from his posthumous album “Michael” has been released by Sony. Some sources claim that only the trailer of the song is released whereas some other sources claim that King of Pop’s mother has leaked the song for free ahead of its track release. However, on November 4th, 2010 Sony announced that the first posthumous album will be released on December 14, 2010.

However, the official site of Sony shows the song and a music video of “Breaking News”. Previously it was heard that the song and the music video of late King of Pop’s is the most expensive music contract and it reportedly involved Sony Music paying $250 million to finalize the deal. Media outlets reported that Michael Jackson’s estate would get the full money as well the share of royalties after the song is released. The song was recorded in 2007 in New Jersey.

A reputed media source reported that the headline of “Breaking News” shows a group of reporters announcing that “as the plot thickens” to “destroy” Michael Jackson. If the sources are to be believed, then the whole song will stream on Michael Jackson’s website for one week. The press release of the album stated that the King of Pop never stopped his creative process and he always planned for his next album. The press release also stated that the “Thriller” singer was continuously recording and writing songs everywhere he went. It has been reported that Michael Jackson had a small group of “handpicked collaborators” who helped him to write and record songs.
