London, Oct 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Though the King of Pop Michael Jackson is no more with us physically, but he is very much here with us, in spirit through his songs and music. His new single ‘This is it’ made a grand online debut. This song is from an upcoming documentary featuring the superstar.

According to critics, the tune of the new song is classic King of Pop in the vein of “You Are Not Alone” or “Man in the Mirror,” with a subdued finger snap beat, strings and heavy background harmonies, which are sung by Jackson’s squad of brothers.

Jackson’s voice is cheery playful on “This Is It,” which features his trademark breathy vocal style, fine tuned over the years since he was a child sensation with the Jackson brood gang Jackson Five. He is backed by lush vocals from his brothers, giving the recording a nostalgic, familiar feel to it.

The song is available on Michael Jackson’s official Web site and is also being sent to radio stations. This song will also be part of the two-disc CD set that will accompany the movie in a worldwide hyper marketing blitz, which is expected to capitalize on the financial part on the surge of emotion that followed the singer’s untimely and tragic death.
