With the shocking news of the death of Michael Jackson on the 25, speculation have started regarding the plans of his funeral. Since Michael had grown up in the Jehovah’s witness that forbade funeral customs, whether it will be a hugely gala ceremonial funeral or whether it will take place within family bounds is yet to be known. These speculations caught on fire when Jackson’s body was released by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office to his family. Though the report of the autopsy had been declared to be “deferred”, The LAPD says that they will be involved in the funeral ceremony since a huge outbreak of MJ’s fans is expected.
As of the latest reports, on Wednesday or Thursday, the funeral will occur at the Forest Lawns Ceremony, Los Angeles. After its over, a public service will take place and it is expected to claim a huge number of crowds.
Owing to his huge popularity, his coffin has been kept under armed guards so that crazy fan’s outbreak can be controlled. Among the mourners will be the celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Britney Spears, Jackson’s former wife Lisa Marie Presley, Justin Timberlake, Madonna besides other. Many are assuming that the event will draw a crowd even more than that during princess Diana and Elvis Presley’s funerals.
Civil rights Leder, Rev. Al Sharpton is helping MJ’s family for the funeral and regrets saying that MJ’s family is frustrated at the fact that Jackson had been receiving too much of negative media attention for quite a long time. In a message to Jackson’s fans, Joe Jackson, his father said, “please do not despair because Michael will continue to live in each and every one of you.”

Pleasem get your facts straight. Jehovah’s Witnesses do not forbid funeral customs.
Michael Jackson wasn’t raised strictly as a Witness, although his mother and one sister remain a part of the organization. Jackson’s father was never a Witness.
