Los Angeles, Jan 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The pop singer Michael Jackson died in the summer last year from drug overdose that was administered by his personal physician. After the autopsy a complete investigation was done and now the police are saying that there is a chance that the doctor might get charged with negligence in treating Jackson, which led to his demise. He injected the singer with some drugs, which resulted in his death as some of the investigators assumed. The doctor admitted during the investigation that he injected Michael Jackson with propofol, a powerful sedative. It is not banned and used in hospitals. The doctor however, said that he injected the drug only after being asked by his patient to do so. His lawyer has not made any statement.
Dr Conrad Murray is Michael Jackson’s personal physician who provided him with the anesthetic propofol that the coroner’s officials say killed the pop singer, has remained the main focus in the investigation. However on his part Conrad Murray has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and insists he gave then-appropriate medical aid when he found Jackson distressed and not breathing on June 25. His attorney has stressed that Murray is fully cooperating with authorities.
After the autopsy was performed on Michael Jackson then the Los Angeles County coroner’s office determined that Jackson died from “acute propofol intoxication” combined with sedatives and labeled his death a homicide. And Jackson’s physician Dr Conrad Murray prescribed these medications to him. So on account of this, Murray was the main focus of the investigation.

The question I hear no-one asking in the press or blogland in general is ‘why’ was Michael Jackson ‘using’ drugs? What made a relatively fit man known for abstention from the early part of his career until the late 1990’s - end his days in a made-to-measure trauma room?
British journalist Charles Thomson’s clear analysis of the recently released FBI files which can be viewed at:
http://charlesthomsonjournalist.blogspot.com/2010/01/fbi-files-support-jacksons-innocence.html#comments
- finally and absolutely debunks the myth of Mr Jackson as a molester of children. His point by point breakdown of the files reveals not only the inability of both the FBI and the LAPD to provide any evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Mr Jackson in an investigation that spanned over fifteen years, but also the continuing inference by the media of exactly the opposite of this.
It is important to note there is a profound difference between the FBI stating that X and Y were alleged, and the FBI saying we investigated X and Y - and found X and Y to be proven.
Thomson’s review of the files is thus required reading for any who wish to seperate the facts from the soundbites which have largely dominated the media reporting on them.
Because the truth is, after the most thorough investigation the American taxpayer’s money could buy, one of the foremost intelligence gathering agencies in the world and the LAPD came up with precisely - nothing. Instead we are served a collage of cut-out articles from a UK tabloid, the whitterings of an unverifiable woman on a train, and two ex-employees who only came forward after the 1993 allegations broke and who - coincidentally, were also hawking a tell-all book to anyone who would listen.
Long before Dr Murray wrote his first ‘feel-good’ prescription, a lie of epic proportions set in motion a cataclysmic series of events that would bring Michael to the state of profound depletion we saw in 2005. Evan Chandler - a known brutalist, and Janet Arviso, a proven welfare cheat and compensation-chaser manipulated the American Criminal system and a willing media to bury Michael under the worst label society has determined exists. No proof was required, the suggestion was enough. And the world watched on the edge of their seats, as the obvious perjury and coaching of the witnesses was overlooked in the stampede to crucify a man previously so celebrated.
Where were the voices now wailing about ‘wasted resources’ and the ‘rights’ of taxpayers when Tom Sneddon authorized the use of millions of dollars of Federal money to pursue Mr Jackson in his deeply personal and blinkered ‘takedown’ of the, then - ‘biggest pop star on the planet?’
Michael Jackson didn’t bankrupt the City of Angels, they fell all by themselves. For a country that can shine so bright when it wants to:- what America did to Michael Jackson stands as one of the most shameful examples of engineered cruelty and unmitigated persecution to be witnessed in modern times.

To Deborah French below, Shut up you stupid bitch, live in reality. MIke was a huge , epic man. He had ups and downs, hes so kind hearted, yet he was on drugs since the 70’s, and molested kids while on them. Its crazy, but he had a whirlwind of a life thats unparralled, you take the good with the bad, at least he Michael Jackson tried to do something good. Conrad murray is an idiot, and on his head I want to take a shit-ted-ted.

You are of course, entitled to your opinion. May I politely ask this however: If you’re so convinced of your take on things is there really any need to be insulting to a total stranger who has a differing opinion to yours? I would like to correct you on a couple of point you raise, and if you would like to discuss anything further, please get in touch.
Michael Jackson did indeed take pain medication, but not from the 1970s as you assert but from the mid-1990’s after further surgery on his scalp.
Thomas Mesereau, who was Jackson’s lead defense attorney during his trial, said the FBI documents provide further proof that the singer did nothing wrong:
“He was not a criminal, and he was not a pedophile,” he said. “The fact that so many agencies investigated him and couldn’t find anything proves he was completely innocent.”
May I also say Donny, that it is not your fault that you do not know all the facts regarding what Michael Jackson endured. A lot of the information has only come out after his death, or when one does the research. The media by and large, is invested - for one reason or another in maintaining the myth that Michael was a sexual deviant.
He was not.
Mr Jackson was innocent.
An FBI investigation proved it, and a court of law proved it.
I hope this post does not suddenly become full of hate comments either towards those who think Michael was guilty or otherwise.
Can’t we discuss things rationally, without insults and without exaggeration, and start
listening to each other?
This is about a man’s legacy, a great man’s legacy. And for his children’s sake, I believe it is important the truth is heard.

wacko blew little boys and blew his brains out on propofol. He was such a flunky. He was such a fraud. Even while he was getting knocked out on propofol he was dr. shopping to get more drugs. By the way, deborahffrench/charles thomson has no credibility. Leaves out facts in those fbi files he didn’t discover on his own. He’s been outted as a liar and a creep. Just like MJ.

Isn’t it interesting how those who are full of hate– cannot see innocence for what it is?
To understand something you must possess it in yourself.
Namaste.
