michael jacksons doctor Los Angeles, Mar 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael Jackson’s father Joe Jackson is planning to take legal action against Dr Conrad Murray, whom he thinks is responsible for his son’s death. Joe Jackson’s lawyer Brian Oxman said that Dr Murray had given Michael Jackson too many prescription drugs that ultimately caused his death. He also added that the huge amount of drugs almost amounted to second-degree murder of the Late King of Pop. “That is Russian roulette, that is loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers,” Mr. Oxman said.

Joe Jackson has also alleged that if Dr Murray had called the paramedics earlier on the night Michael Jackson died, and then he could have been saved also. “The bottom line is, had paramedics gotten there earlier and had they been called right away, chances are he could have been revived,” Brian Oxman said. Joe Jackson’s lawyer said that Michael Jackson was “long gone, 20 to 40 minutes before the paramedics got there.” He also added that he has written to Dr Murray that his client – Joe Jackson is thinking about filing a wrongful death lawsuit against him in 3 months time.

A criminal investigation is already on, into the role played by Dr Conrad Murray in Michael Jackson’s death. He has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter as part of a criminal investigation.
