The death of this legendary pop singer has been shocking for the entire world and the reports that he had died of wrong medication had been disheartening for many of his fans. However, the latest reports that say Michael Jackson’s dad would file a legal case against the doctor responsible for the wrong treatment of the singer might make some justice for the singing sensation, who was planning his comeback in the music industry.

As per the latest reports, Michael Jackson’s dad, Joe Jackson, will file a case against his son’s physician, Dr. Conrad Murray within a period of notice days. When contacted by the media representative, Brian Oxman, the lawyer appointed by Joe Jackson, informed the media representatives that the notice of the legal case has been already mailed to the physician, who is held responsible for the untimely death of Michael Jackson.

It has been reported that the father of the legendary pop artist, Michael Jackson will appeal in the court of law so that the physician receives appropriate punishment. Reports indicated that the lawyer of Joe Jackson will argue the case to prove Dr. Conrad Murray reckless and he should be charged for second-degree murder. According to the reports, Dr. Conrad Murray will not only have to defend himself for wrong medication but also will have to cite the reason for his delay in calling the ambulance service, when he needed to be shifted to a better health care facility.
