Nov 9, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael Jackson’s single “Breaking News” has been released from his posthumous album “Michael” online on Monday. However, just after the release, the song has grabbed media and public attention after his son Prince said that it is not the voice of their father as he was reportedly in the house during the recording sessions. Prince also said that the recorded version of the song does not match what he has heard before. However, the officials of Sony released a statement where they confirmed the authenticity of Michael Jackson’s voice.
“Breaking News” was originally recorded in 2007 in New Jersey and the song was recently completed with the co-operation of King of Pop’s estate. The album “Michael” is scheduled to hit music stores in December 14. After Michael Jackson’s family reportedly doubted the authenticity of the voice, Sony released a statement where it was stated that all the Sony officials have complete confidence that the vocals of the up coming album “Michael” are Michael Jackson’s own. On the other hand Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson’s mother reportedly said that some of the tracks in his upcoming albums are “fake”.
The media outlets report that the album “Michael” is one of the most expensive deal of Sony Music which is paying $250 million to finalize the deal. The media sources reported that Michael Jackson’s estate would get full money and also the share of royalties after the release of the song. The listeners have claimed that “Breaking News” is like a series of events and news reports about Michael Jackson’s life and activities.
