Meryl Streep receives honorary degree from Princeton University

The ‘Mama Mia’ star, who turns 60 on Monday June 22 (09), received the honour on the revered college’s 262nd Commencement.
Streep now joins the list of non-students honored by the college that includes actress and civil rights activist Ruby Dee Davis and chef Alice Waters, Contactmusic reports.
The actress had passed out Vassar College in 1971 and studied drama at Yale University, according to imdb.com. (ANI)
