She had acknowledged that she was a lesbian in the 1990s and has fervently endorsed civil rights for homosexuals and lesbians. Now, what has happened is that her ex-partner of virtually 9 years, Tammy Lynn Michaels, has professed that she is distraught on account of Melissa’s statement that her relationship with Tammy terminated with reciprocal consent.

Actress Tammy Lynn Michaels has confessed that she is dissatisfied owing to Melissa’s declaration in the previous month to Oprah Winfrey that the pair split with shared agreement. Tammy Lynn Michaels has mentioned that their split was not as reciprocal as Melissa has publicly stated. Lynn Michaels has expressed that Melissa has not been wholly candid about the conclusion of their relationship.

Lynn Michaels has professed that her pain and unhappiness also stem from the fact that she is still hugely in love with Melissa Etheridge.

Melissa Etheridge and Lynn Michaels had walked down the aisle in Malibu on September 20, 2003. Their matrimony was displayed on ABC’s InStyle Celebrity Weddings.

Lynn Michaels has vented her displeasure on her blog. She has stated that she did not run away from their relationship. She has urged Melissa to refrain from mentioning to the media that the termination of their alliance was anchored in mutual consent. Lynn Michaels has also said on her blog that she is finding it painful to acknowledge that their relationship is over.
