London, Feb 22 (ANI): Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva turned down a 15-million-dollar peace deal, emails reveal.
The 40-year-old Russian singer agreed to the 9.2million dollars settlement with the ‘Braveheart’ actor last year - but later pulled out.
An email to Grigorieva’s lawyer explaining her decision was leaked online yesterday, reports the Sun.
She said she’d only accept if Gibson was stripped of custodial rights to Lucia, one.
If not, she wrote: “I WILL go to court, see where the chips might fall.”
LA’s District Attorney will decide in days whether to charge Gibson over alleged domestic violence and Oksana with extortion. (ANI)
