Mel Gibson’s ex ‘feared for daughter’s life’

Washington, July 23 (ANI): Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva allegedly turned down a 15-million-dollar agreement to remain silent about their confrontation out of fear for her daughter’s life.
Grigorieva had originally signed a deal to keep tapes of the Oscar-winning actor’s alleged attacks secret, but backed out after his lawyers outlined a condition that would allow Gibson unsupervised visitations with their 8-month-old daughter Lucia, reports TMZ.com.
When asked what she aims to get out of her battle with Gibson, Grigorieva said: “Just my child. I’m fighting for the life of my child,” adding weight to earlier claims from sources that she would turn down “any amount of money” to keep her daugher safe.
Earlier this week it was ruled that Gibson will still retain a limited amount of access to Lucia in the wake of abuse allegations. (ANI)
