Mel Gibson Likely To Face Charges By Los Angeles District Attorney

Hollywood actor-director Mel Gibson 55-year old is likely to face criminal charges against him for allegedly hitting Oksana Grigorieva 40-year old, on the 6th of January, 2010 in his home in Malibu.
According to news reports, the actor- director had allegedly hit Oksana so hard on the head that the impact had broken two of her front teeth veneers while the lady had their baby Lucia clutched in her hands.
According to tabloids, Gibson has a chance of facing charges of domestic violence which will be filed against him by the Los Angeles District Attorney, who has a strong case against the actor and preparations to do the needful are already underway.
The prosecutors were reportedly met up by Gibson’s lawyer Blair Berk who tried to persuade them to consider his client’s case, the District Attorney is quite inclined to go ahead with the charges. The charges are most likely to be regarding violence or corporal injury that involves a former co- cohabitant and this can either be prosecuted as felony or misdemeanor.
Now reports doing the rounds also suggest that Mel Gibson has gone on to confess on a written declaration that he had indeed slapped Oksana during an argument as she had got hysterical, but had not hit her.
However,with all the chaos outside it is expected that charges against the actor are to be brought out in just a few days time.
