June 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Mel Gibson found himself in the middle of another messy split, this time with girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva as reports of a restraining order surfaced all over. The initial rumors doing the rounds said that Mel Gibson had filed a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva but her lawyer denied the rumors and said that she was the one who filed the restraining order.

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva broke up in April after she said that he was extremely violent towards her. She recently said that a lot of baseless rumors have spread against her in the recent months after the split. In a website that claimed that the “Braveheart” star had filed the restraining order, she replied back saying that it was her lawyers who went to court and filed for the restraining order against him. She said that she rescued her child and herself from Mel Gibson. In a recent interview, Oksana Grigorieva said that Mel Gibson is also not paying a penny to her in spite of her being the mother of his love child. She said that she is living off loans from friends and credit cards and called Mel Gibson ‘cruel’.

Mel Gibson had split from his wife of 30 years for Oksana Grigorieva. He had 7 children with his ex-wife Robyn and one child with Oksana Grigorieva. Oksana Grigorieva also has a 13 year old son from a previous relationship with Timothy Dalton. A source close to the Russian pianist said that she feels vulnerable against with respect to the influence that Mel Gibson has. However, Mel Gibson’s representative declined to comment on the claims made by Oksana Grigorieva.
