June 30, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Hollywood star Mel Gibson and his Russian singer girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva have split two months back and they tried to keep the details secret. But the issue is now in court as Oksana claimed that the actor has left her penniless.

Both of them had reportedly signed a secret agreement and filed a confidential court case. On Monday, Stephen Kolodny, the attorney of Gibson made a statement accusing that Oksana has violated the conditions of a confidential custody agreement, which was breached in May as he said.

According to Kolodny, Gibson paid Oksana ‘tens of thousands of dollars’ and bought her a lavish house, car and nanny. The actor had also arranged health insurance costs for their nine month old daughter Lucia, who is his eighth child. Oksana is also a mother of her 12-year-old Sascha from her previous relationship with Timothy Dalton.

He added, “As per the agreement, she has received generous support payments and joint custody of their daughter Lucia.”

Kolodny further informed that Gibson bought her a brand new car and a multi-million dollar house. In May, during a court-supervised mediation session, they have also finalized the payment deal and visitation rights.

As per the latest reports, Oksana claimed that the Hamelt star attacked her for which she needed dental treatment. She further claimed to have taken out a restraining order, which bans Gibson to approach her.

Gibson has denied all the charges and said that Oksana did not allow him to meet Lucia on Fathers’ Day thus going against the visitation agreement.

The actor is yet to finalize his divorce from his wife Robyn Moore, with whom he was married for 28 years.
