Mel B wants to get Brits in shape

The former Spice Girl kicked off the International Fitness Week that aims to encourage people lead healthy and active lives.
“I want to encourage everyone to find what works for them and make being active part of their lifestyle,” the Scotsman quoted Mel B, as saying.
She added: “It’s easier than you think to get totally fit and we will show you how.”
The week will see themed days being devoted to different areas of health and fitness at Fitness First gyms across Britain. (ANI)
