Megan Fox urges US government to legalise marijuana
June 5th, 2009 - 12:06 am ICT by IANSLondon, June 4 (IANS) Model-turned-actress Megan Fox has urged the US government to legalise marijuana insisting she would be the “first person in line to buy a pack of joints”.
The “Transformers” actress admits she enjoys smoking the illegal drug and would be happy to see the laws changed to allow it to be sold legally in America, reports contactmusic.com.
The 22-year-old also slams US politicians, calling their war on drugs “all propaganda”.
“I can’t tell you how much I’ve been through because I will openly say that I smoke weed. People look at it like it’s this crazy, hippy thing to do. And it’s not. I hope they legalise it. And when they do, I’ll be the first person in line to buy my pack of joints,” she said.
