Megan Fox turns down the Lara Croft role

New York, Apr 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Hollywood actress Megan Fox has turned down the opportunity to be the next Lara Croft. She did so, in order to avoid comparisons between her and Angelina Jolie who had enacted the role in the past.
“The offer has been on the table for Megan for a while but she’s reluctantly turned it down. She’s the logical choice to play Lara and she loves the character but the comparison with Angelina [Jolie] is too much,” according to a source.
Last year in an interview the gorgeous 23-year-old actress Megan Fox has said that she is “not a tigress” like Angelina Jolie. For years on end, she has been compared because of their similarities in looks and tattoos. The beautiful star of Transformers Megan Fox has been dubbed Angelina Jolie 2.0, but Megan Fox says that all this is nonsense. Megan Fox revealed that she is not chasing fame and publicity by copying the legend in her own right, Angelina Jolie. She said, “If I had been a typical starlet and said all the right things, I wouldn’t have escalated to this level.”
