June 12, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): In a casual chat with the Hangover star, Zach Galifianakis, Megan Fox revealed that she often lied to the media in order to keep her love life private. The actress, who has been in an on-off relationship with actor Brian Austin Green since 2004, said that she regrets giving reporters misconceptions about her love life.

Fox met Green on the sets of the sitcom, Hope and Faith. Reports of their break up came in 2008 but in Feb 2009 both of them said that they are still in relationship.

Fox will next be seen in a Western movie, Jonah Hex, along side Josh Brolin. The film is scheduled to release on September 10. She essays the role of Laila, who seduces Brolin’s character in the film. The actress said that her character is no damsel and the audiences will see her doing lot of stunts in the film.

Fox made her big screen debut in the 2004 film Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. She starred along with Lindsay Lohan in the film. Her big break came in 2007 playing Mikaela Banes, in the runaway success Transformers. She reprised her role in the sequel of the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in 2009. Makers of the film had announced that Fox won’t be part of the third Transformer film. She has been replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Whiteley is a British model, who gained popularity after working with brand Victoria’s Secret.
